Data we collect
1) Contact & account data
- Name, email, phone number (incl. WhatsApp number), delivery address.
2) Message & order data
- Messages you send to us and our replies (including via WhatsApp), order details, delivery preferences, timestamps, and delivery/read status metadata provided by WhatsApp.
3) Technical data
- IP address, device/browser information, and cookies or similar technologies on our site.
4) Location & delivery data (when used)
- Approximate location or addresses for delivery quotes and routing (e.g., via Google Maps services).
We collect data directly from you, from your device, and from service providers we use to operate messaging, hosting, analytics, payments, and delivery.
How we use your data (purposes)
- Provide services: Receive/respond to inquiries, process orders, arrange pickups/deliveries.
- Transactional messaging: Send confirmations, updates, and support via WhatsApp or email.

Sharing your data (processors & recipients)
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:
- WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) / Meta – to send/receive your messages.
- Notiqoo – our messaging operations/inbox provider.
- Hosting & infrastructure – to run our website and systems.
- Mapping & delivery services (e.g., Google Maps APIs) – to quote/plan deliveries.
- Analytics & error monitoring – to improve reliability and performance.
- Payment & commerce tools (if enabled) – to process transactions securely.
- Professional advisers / authorities – where legally necessary.
These providers act as our processors under agreements requiring appropriate confidentiality and security.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above (e.g., the life of an order and a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, and legal requirements). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We will verify your request and delete the data we hold unless retention is required by law (e.g., tax or fraud-prevention records).
