Well we have customers who prefer the millet bread and say it works better for them while some say the sorghum bread works. it just depends on whats already in your diet. i’ll suggest starting with millet bread to test since it’s what alot of our diabetics customers buy. while some buy the sorghum. Both sorghum bread and millet bread are diabetic friendly.
